Jog A Thon FAQs:
What is the Jog A Thon and who participates?
The Jog A thon is a fundraising event for all students from grades K-8th. Each class will have 60 minutes to run around the track at the park. The students obtain pledges ahead of time, or collect the money after they complete the event.
Students wear their new Jogathon t-shirt and PE uniform bottoms, and run in groups by grade. A live DJ provides music during the event. Parent volunteers will assist during the event. The students receive a snack when they finish running.
May I watch my student run or run with them?
Parents are always encouraged to support their students by volunteering to help and by cheering them on as they run, but due to Covid protocols, parents cannot run with their students this year.
Parents who would like to cheer on their student’s 60 minute run time can watch from the designated cheering section
